General Orthopedic Surgery
1 hour from Chicago
Position Highlights :
- 4-day work week
- Strong need in the community - be as busy as you want to be
- 2 dedicated days per week in OR and 2 in clinic
- Joining an established group of surgeons, recruiting to meet the needs of the community
- Favorable Call Schedule - 1:8 call
Compensation & Benefits :
- Negotiable Base Salary starting at $700,000 + RVU Production Bonus

Qualifications :
- Degree: M.D. or D.O.
- Certifications: Board certification preferred, board-eligible acceptable
- Licensure: State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure
- Skillset: General orthopedic surgery
- Experience: Open to 2026 fellows and experienced surgeons
