• Inpatient Neurology
• 2 locations: Prestonburg, KY (2 weeks) Hazard, KY (1 week)
• Patient volume: 15 ppd
• Requirements: BC in Neurology + KY License (required) and WV license (preferred)
• Start date: 90 days for credentialing.
• Relocation Assistance: Yes.
• Travel stipend: Negotiable
