What You'll Own

What You'll Own
- Monthly close (5-7 business days)
- Accurate division P&Ls (Landscape + Snow)
- Job costing integrity and WIP reporting
- 13-week rolling cash forecasts
- Billing and AR oversight for large commercial clients
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial systems optimization (Aspire + QBO)
You will not be buried in bureaucracy.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
- Have 5-10+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Understand job costing and percent-complete revenue recognition
- Have worked in construction, landscaping, snow, or similar project-based industries
- Can explain financial performance to non-financial leaders
- Are comfortable rolling up your sleeves
- Want ownership, not just a title
Experience with Aspire is a strong plus.
