Job Title: Oncologist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Oncologist to join our Torrance medical team. You will diagnose, treat, and manage patients with cancer while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat cancers using chemotherapy, hormonal, biological, and targeted therapies
- Create individualized treatment plans based on patient history, exams, and diagnostic results
- Work closely with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to optimize care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Participate in clinical research and trials to stay current with advancements in oncology
- Educate patients and families on disease, treatment options, side effects, and prognosis
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with medical regulations
- Contribute to team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Medical degree with Board Certification in Oncology
- Active California medical license
- Oncology experience with strong patient care skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-focused approach
