Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

The Contractor shall furnish all key personnel to provide services necessary to perform onsite Psychiatry Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Alabama Veteran Healthcare System (CAVHCS). The Contractor s physician(s) care shall cover the range of Psychiatry services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Schedule Notes:

• 16,400 Regular Hours = 2,080 x 8 (Currently M-F, 8:00am to 4:30pm)
• 7,466 On Call Hours = Nights, Weekends, and Holidays

• • 7,202 On-Call Hours = 138.5 x 52 (Currently M-F, 4:30pm to 7:30am; F-M, 4:30pm to 8:00am)
  • 264 On-Call Hours = 24 x 11 (Previously Holiday Hours, 8:00am to 8:00am)

• No Different Hourly Rate for Holiday or Overtime.
