Job Description
Client seeks Family Practice Physician for PRN shifts from March 25-November 11 at their Corporate Health clinic in Portland, OR. Provider will work with RN to see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and chronic condition management. Majority of patients are 18-64 years old. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday with shift times of either 8:00am-4:30pm or 7:00am-5:00pm depending on shift date, both with a 30-minute lunch break. Dispensing pre-packaged medications is required for this assignment; DOT Certification is preferred. Providers must have 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this position. Current shift needs are March 25 & 26, April 8, May 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, & 28, July 7, August 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, & 13, September 24, & November 11. 8:00am-4:30pm shifts: March 25 & 26, August 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, & 13. 7:00am-5:00pm shifts: April 8, May 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, & 28, July 7, September 24, & November 11.
