Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Weekdays 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; after?hours call nights/weekends/holidays
• Job Setting: Onsite inpatient, outpatient, and residential psychiatry within the Central Alabama VA system
• Types of Cases: Adult Veterans-admissions, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, consults
• Credentialing: VA VETPRO credentialing/privileging; any active U.S. state license accepted for onsite VA practice

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (or equivalent), current and maintained
• Licensure: Any active, unrestricted U.S. state medical license (VA facility)
