Job Title: Primary Care Physician

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our Florida team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to Medicare Advantage patients, including preventive check-ups, acute visits, and management of chronic illnesses. This position is ideal for physicians who enjoy working with older adults and thrive in a collaborative, process-driven environment.
Schedule:
- Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care to older adults, including well visits, acute care, and chronic disease management.
- Manage a variety of chronic conditions and preventive health services while following established clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment that emphasizes consistent processes and excellent patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree with a valid, unrestricted Florida medical license
- At least one year of primary care experience
- Genuine interest in caring for older adults
- Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to structured clinical processes
