• Develop clinical protocols & empower team of providers to function most efficiently
  • Can be 100% Administrative or 2 Clinical Days per Week
  • Lead direct reports; ensure medical practices, processes & workflows meet objectives
  • Develop & implement strategies + metrics for collaborative care design with Clinic Primary Care Medical Directors

ROLE

• Supervise physicians & Advanced Practice Providers
• Develop & execute operational strategies with direction of CMO
• Facilitate physician & provider staff meetings
• Responsible for Compliance and Research
• Quality improvement, Policy Development & Financial Management
