Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves conducting assessments, analyzing data, and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to promote meaningful progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and working with children and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
Design and supervise behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment strategies aligned with client needs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency in treatment implementation.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate families and team members on behavioral techniques, progress updates, and treatment goals.
Ensure ethical standards are upheld in all patient care activities according to BACB guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation.

Qualifications
Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection, and patient assessment techniques.
Familiarity with medical documentation, medical records, medical terminology, and HIPAA compliance standards.
Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and managing intake processes within a behavioral health or special education setting.
Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, educators, and healthcare teams.
