Practice Overview
- You'll join a team of five physicians and three optometrists
- Work in a modern facility with access to advanced diagnostic tools
- Participate in optional clinical research through the Southwest Retinal Research Center
- Benefit from a high degree of surgical autonomy with multiple ASC partnerships
Schedule
- A four-day workweek with two days in Durango and one at a satellite location
- One dedicated surgery day per week
- Shared call responsibilities on a 1:6 rotation, phone-based with no hospital rounds
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $500,000 - $600,000
- Incentive model with 35% of net collections over threshold
- Two-year partnership track with ownership opportunities

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
- Experience in vitreoretinal surgery preferred
- Eligible for licensure in both Colorado and New Mexico
- Comfortable with high patient volume and diverse surgical cases
