Practice Overview
- Join a collaborative team with three experienced physicians
- Referral-driven, medically focused ophthalmology model
- Strong in-house subspecialty support in cornea, retina, and glaucoma
- Rotating call schedule approximately every 6-8 weeks
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No retail or primary eye care duties
- Balance of clinic and procedural time with a manageable workload
- Potential for flexible scheduling discussions
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary $130000 - $160,000 in Year 1, transitioning to collections-based income
- Comprehensive insurance coverage, including malpractice

Candidate Requirements
- Optometry (OD) degree holders only
- Open to both new graduates and experienced optometrists
- Residency training is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach are essential
