Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday Clinic Hours Close at 5:00 PM
Setting: 100% Outpatient No Nights No Weekends No Call
Patient Population: Primarily Geriatric / Medicare

An established outpatient primary care clinic on the South Side of Chicago is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to care for a predominantly geriatric, Medicare-focused patient population.
