Call is beeper from home on a 1:4 rotation. 3 MD/6-7 CRNA model with MD supervising. 4 CRNAs in the main OR with a 5th CRNA floating, and 2 CRNAs in GI under surgeon supervision. CRNA are on back up beeper.
