- Worksite Setting: ASC/Hospital.
- Scope of Work: General, Ortho, Sports, Hands/Foot/Ankle Ortho, Ortho spine, Gyn, Plastics, ENT.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX license. BLS/ACLS. BC.
- EMR: Paper.
