We are looking for both Day & Night PHY coverage, mainly nights PHY shift times= 7a-7p & 7p-7a Please note that every bid MUST have the following information listed on each bid. -Phone number -License Number -Email -Address -DO/MD -DOB For COI's, providers must be enrolled in the NM Patient Compensation Fun (PCF). An active license IS mandatory for every bid. Only list the license number in the field, not an IMLC letter number.
