Job Description
Schedule & Call:
- 3 clinic days per week (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Infrequent night call (1:10 rotation)
- Weekend call: 2 3 weekends per year
- Some weekends and occasional night call required
Practice Details:
- Setting: Inpatient consults + Outpatient Clinic
- Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
- Case Mix: 80% Hematology / 20% Oncology (No Internal Medicine)
- Volume:
- Hospital: 10 patients per day
- Outpatient: 15 patients per day
- Team Structure: 10 Physicians & 8 APPs
- Facility Type: Level I Trauma Center
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified Required
- Connecticut license in hand at time of submission Required
- Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the same month as submission) Required
- Local candidates (no flights) Highly Preferred
