JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Schedule: 3 clinic days (M-F) 8:00-4:30 some weekends and night call (infrequent)

• Assignment Length: 6 months - 1 year assignment with possibility to extend.

• Setting: Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic

• Reason for coverage: LOA

• Call schedule: weekends: 2-3 per year/nights 1:10

• Adults/Geriatric

• 80% Hem 20% Onc no internal Med

• 10 physicians in practice, 8 APPs

• 10 PPD for hospital, 15 for outpatient

• Level I Trauma

• EMR: Epic

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 130 days from offer accepted.

• Board Certified - REQUIRED

• CT license in hand at the time of submission - NO exceptions - REQUIRED

• A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission. - REQUIRED
