We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to provide part-time locum coverage in Maine. This opportunity includes a mix of clinic and OR work with a well-supported outpatient-focused practice in a rural hospital setting.
Schedule- 6-month 1099 locum assignment with option to extend
- Part-time: 6 8 days per month
- Coverage is typically completed in 1 2 consecutive weeks per month
- Monday Thursday, 10-hour days
- No weekends, no call
Practice Details- Combination of clinic and OR work
- EMR: Meditech
- Support staff MA on clinic days, full support when in OR
- Cases Total joints- knees, hips, shoulders, rotator cuff repair, hip injections, arthroscopy of knees, carpal tunnel release
- Must have an active ME license or IMLC and BC by the ABOS
