Practice Region: West Michigan (Grand Rapids & Lakeshore)
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership: Provide oversight and leadership for the Maternal Fetal Medicine service line, ensuring excellence in care delivery for complex and high-risk pregnancies.
Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive diagnostic, consultative, and management services for high-risk obstetric patients while collaborating closely with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Program Development: Lead growth and advancement of the regional MFM program with accountability for quality outcomes, service excellence, colleague engagement, stewardship, and financial performance.
Education & Mentorship: Support and mentor medical students and residents, fostering a culture of learning and clinical excellence.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to enhance services and expand access across the West Michigan market.
Requirements
Board Certified in OB/GYN
Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine
Minimum 5 years of post-training MFM practice experience
2+ years of leadership experience or leadership-specific training
