The selected physician will join the exclusive contracted anesthesia group for St. Luke's Magic Valley Hospital, providing oversight and leadership within a collaborative care-team model alongside a large, experienced CRNA group.
The Practice
• Care Team Model: Full care-team environment working collaboratively with 30+ experienced CRNAs
• Case Mix: Broad, interesting variety of cases
• No cardiac (hearts)
• No neurosurgery (heads)
• Administrative Support: Strong, engaged hospital leadership
Schedule & Call
• Daily Schedule: Average workdays range from 8-12 hours
• Call: 1:6 with post-call days off built in
