Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cleveland, Tennessee, is seeking a PM&R Medical Director for our brand-new inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Cleveland, TN.

The Medical Director will:

• Oversee program quality and clinical care delivery
• Partner with the CEO to position the hospital as the region s rehab leader
• Build relationships with referring providers and community specialists
• Establish a visible, approachable presence with patients, families, and staff
• Be compensated with a Medical Director stipend in addition to clinical income

Practice Model

• Independent private practice model (retain 100% of own billing/collections)
• Inpatient caseload of medically complex patients
• Option to add outpatient rehabilitation practice
• Monday Friday schedule
• Hospitalists cover nights & weekends
• High income potential + Medical Director stipend
