• Schedule: Up to 8 call shifts a month, including 2 weekends. Options include 7 am Thursday - 7 am Monday or 7 am Friday - 7 am Tuesday. 24-hour call shifts, offsite within 15 minutes of the facility

• Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 4 MAs, Respiratory Therapists, Lactation Support onsite
• PEDs Level: 2
• Patients Per Shift: 0-2
• Average Deliveries Per Year: 350
• Specialty Skills Required: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability), Routine delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology; Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
• Support for C-sections: FM OB's and FM OB residents can assist
• Facility Details: 4 labor rooms, 4 postpartum rooms, and an OR in the L&D unit

Requirements

• Active OR license and OR DEA
• Board Certified OBGYN
• BLS and NRP Required
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
• Supervision of Residents Required
• Privileging will take close to 90 days
