Board Certified Hematology/Oncology physician to launch a brand new outpatient Hem/Onc service line. This is a high priority, long term Locum to Perm role with full support, no call, and guaranteed stability.

100% Outpatient • No Call • 30 pts/day • EPIC • New Service Line

• Dates: Mar 2026 Mar 2027

• Mix: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology

• Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies, VAD/CV catheter mgmt

• Duties: Tumor Board, BMT mgmt, ordering tests/imaging

• Travel Covered: Flight, hotel, rental car, mileage

• Credentialing: days (IN license required)

• Board Certified Hem/Onc

• Active Indiana license

• BLS
