CRNAs typically work 5x8 shifts per week, with an additional 6 night call shifts per month. The role requires board certification (NBCRNA), state licensure in Ohio, and certifications in ACLS and BLS, with experience in Allscripts preferred. Privileging takes 30-45 days, and a minimum of 2 years of experience is required. The position does not require DEA or CSR but does require Ohio-specific CSR.
