Details/Requirements of Assignment:
We can assist with Kentucky license
Monday-Friday 6a-3p, 6a-5p, 6a-7p. All shifts start at 6a to start pre-ops.
Call required - 13hr call shift; have post call day off.
Supervision model - MDA main function is for pre-ops/blocks/PACU. MDs also supervising CRNAs for cardiac cases.
ASA range 1-5. Most patients ASA 3-4
CRNAs expected to be able to provide a full range of services for all age groups (Pediatric through Geriatric). Healthy peds.
CRNAs expected to function independently for endo
MDs shoudl be comfortable with all cases
Epic EMR
New grads considered
Level 3 trauma center
30-60 days to credential; temporary privileges available
