Seeking a PULM/CC with SLEEP fellowship training/experience physician to join one of the largest physician-owned multi-specialty groups in the Midwest. You'll be part of a progressive, collegial patient-centered team of 10 Pulmonologists, 3 APPs, and 5 respiratory therapists

Practice Highlights:

• State-of-the-art Sleep Center featuring 6 private rooms
• 8 Pulmonary/Critical Care and 2 Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep
• Full-service endoscopy lab with interventional capability
• In-office PFTs, lab, and radiology (including CT)
