Schedule
- Monday Friday
- Start Time: As early as 7:30 AM
- End Time: As late as 4:30 PM
- Lunch: 30 minutes
- Additional time built in for charting
- No call coverage

- Average procedures per day
- All procedures performed in an outpatient setting
Procedures
Primary Procedures
- Colonoscopy
- EGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy)
Additional Procedures
- Upper GI endoscopy with:
- Biopsy
- Foreign body removal
- Fulguration of bleeder (cautery or laser)
- Injection of varices
- Esophageal dilation
- Esophageal manometry
- Small bowel biopsy
- Lower GI endoscopy
- Flexible sigmoidoscopy
- Colonoscopy with biopsy and polypectomy
Support Staff
- Dedicated team in each procedure room:
- No midlevel support in the outpatient setting
- Typically other physicians onsite (not solo coverage)
Provider Requirements
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- ND license preferred Will consider IMLC
- Comfortable performing outpatient procedures per day
- Proficient in colonoscopy and EGD
- Experienced with advanced outpatient endoscopic interventions listed above
- Efficient with documentation and independent chart completion
