• Outpatient settings
• Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with no weekends.
• 12-15 Patients Per Day with additional support providing primary care to seniors with chronic conditions.
• Competitive salary package starting $250k base plus quarterly production incentives.
• EMR is eClinicalWorks.
• No Pediatric Patients
