Job Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Pathologist for an ongoing engagement in Pennsylvania. This role is unique as it combines standard hospital-based pathology with a significant focus on forensic and coroner cases.

Position Overview
  • Start Date: April 20, 2026
  • Coverage Type: In-House Service (No Call)
  • Location: Pennsylvania
  • Schedule: Hours vary based on forensic case volume from the county.
Immediate Specific Date Needs
  • 2/5/26-2.19.26- Yes Tower will be able to credential the provider in time for the right candidate
  • 5/17/26-5/23/26
  • 6/8/26-6/28/26
  • One week in October-TBD
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Primary Procedures: House Autopsies and Coroner Autopsies.
  • Forensic Coordination: Managing cases coming in from the county coroner's office.
  • EMR: Epic.
Candidate Requirements
  • Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP).
  • Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in performing autopsies and forensic reporting.
  • Credentialing: days.
