Job Requirements A Cardiac Surgery/Structural Heart Clinical Nurse Navigator works closely with the Cardiac Surgery Clinic team and Heart & Vascular Institute Executive Leadership team to build comprehensive cardiac services across UMCRH. This role provides expert resource, services management, cardiac patient care, and direct support to the ambulatory clinical team to facilitate delivery of cardiac patient care from referral to post-operative plan of care.
