Responsibilities - Automotive Technician:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems on Audi vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle problems.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with Service Advisors
- Adhere to safety policies
- Keep shop area neat and clean and account for tools
Qualifications:
- Automotive repair technician experience is required. Audi repair experience and ASE certifications are preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical diagnostics, repair techniques, and vehicle electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic with a good work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma
