Physical Therapist Assistant Role:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Setting: Outpatient-only clinic; all ages, considerable number of sports medicine patients
- New grads welcome!
Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:
- Works under the supervision of a physical therapist, performing treatments on patients as directed by physicians
- Physical Therapist Assistant applies the appropriate physical agents, therapeutic exercises, and ambulatory procedures while informing patients of the treatment process
- Assesses and interprets data on patients status to identify requirements relative to their age-specific needs
Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:
- Must have a Texas Physical Therapist Assistant License
- CPR certification is required
