Job Description

The Role

As a Production Scheduler for PYCO, you will manage the end to end scheduling activities for the assigned production area. Your role ensures that demand is accurately validated, production capacity is optimized, and service levels are consistently achieved. You will coordinate with cross functional teams to align demand, inventory, and product shipments, while also supporting engineering changes and new product release testing.

What You'll Do
  • Validate plant assigned demand and follow up on delivery order expirations.
  • Balance production line capacity and define/publish the production schedule.
  • Track and evaluate adherence to the production plan.
  • Participate in engineering change management committees.
  • Schedule and monitor release testing for new products.
  • Issue the production schedule with a focus on maximizing capacity efficiency.
  • Coordinate with corporate planning regarding demand adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Finished Goods Warehouse and Shipping teams to ensure service-level compliance.
  • Program special tests and prototype releases with Quality and Process Engineering.

  • Production schedule published on time and aligned to demand priorities.
  • High adherence to the production plan and improved service levels.
  • Optimal utilization of production capacity.
  • Effective coordination with cross functional teams to support demand changes, shipments, and new product launches.
  • Accurate and timely scheduling of engineering changes and prototype tests.
What You Bring

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience & Skills

  • Intermediate-advanced English (required).
  • Knowledge of production scheduling processes, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MFG preferred).
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple operational and corporate teams.
