Seeking ENT Physician Clinic + Call Coverage at Trauma Facility in Alabama Two Weeks Per Month Starting Late April Jackson and Coker is partnered with a central Alabama facility that is seeking an ENT to assist with approximately two weeks per month of clinic + call coverage starting in late April/early May and ongoing. This opportunity presents a busy, fast-paced work environment in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. We are seeking candidates that are experienced with higher volumes & are skilled in ENT Trauma (up to level 2) and General ENT coverage. Locums Need: Seeking 2 weeks per month of coverage Will work in the clinic or OR from 8A-5P & cover inpatient call in tandem (on most days but not all) 24-hour call for the ED, attached & unattached patients on weekends Work Schedule: Clinic is Monday-Thursday from 8APM - 4:30PM, Friday from 8AM - 12PM OR/scheduled surgeries are done Monday-Friday from 7:30AM-3PM Current call rotation is 1:2 Details for Assignment : - Seeking candidates that have an active Alabama medical license and/or are active with the IMLC - Will need an Alabama DEA + CSR - General ENT + level 2-3 trauma - Clinic: 30-40 PPD split between providers, an average of 10-15 scopes/in office procedures per day (no mid-level support in the clinic) - Scheduled procedures are done either in the hospital or ambulatory surgery center, average of 4-5 cases done per procedure day - Night / weekend call coverage will include attached + unattached/ED patients, will see an average of 7 PPD in the hospital while rounding, etc. - Group information: 1 ENT staffed, 1 inpatient based PA + 1 Audiologist - Facility details: 400+ bed facility, designated level 2 trauma center, Cerner EMR, 30-45 credentialing period
