As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering care to patients with a wide variety of medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical diagnoses. You will maintain the highest standards of professional nursing while supervising other healthcare workers, including CNAs, SNAs, and LPNs.

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU and Step-down units
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to Step-down units as needed
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Hold current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Possess a valid Michigan nursing license
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
