Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled, no call at this time
Schedule: 10,12,16 HOUR DAY SHIFTS M-F AND OCCASIONAL WEEKEND COVERAGE; NO CALL AT THIS TIME BUT THAT MAY CHANGE
Work Details:
Support staff: Full OR Support staff
Patients per shift: 30-40 cases per day on average
EMR: Medaxion, Meditech (iPad)
Bed in department: 350
Case Types: Ortho, urology, robotics, vascular, endo, bread & butter
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License required: Florida
DEA: Required
CSR: Required
250 Case Logs and Current CEUs required
Facility prefers candidate to have cardiac and OB experience (cardiac is the priority between the two specialties; prefer a candidate who can do cardiac with no OB experience over someone who has OB and no cardiac)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days (ASAP)
