As a valued member of the interdisciplinary team, you will bring your professional and clinical expertise to deliver exceptional care to pediatric patients. Your role will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient management.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Comfortable floating to general med-surg units as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC EMR
• Participate in on-call rotations as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric RN experience
• Completion of at least one travel contract
• Peds-Vapotherm experience required
• Active Iowa RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (AHA or ARC)
• Comfortable with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in on-call rotations
