All forms used need to be easily readable and consistent for accuracy. 7. Knowledgeable and respectful of the rights, dignity, and individuality of each resident in all interactions. Able to act as a role model for staff by protecting and promoting residents' rights in all interactions with residents, staff, families, vendors, and government agencies. Interact with patience and kindness, maintaining a positive attitude toward residents. Makes prompt efforts to resolve all residents' concerns or grievances. 8. Demonstrates a high level of interpersonal skills to interact with facility staff, residents, and families. Take corrective action as needed. 9. Consistently follows and enforces proper procedures and processes for conformance to standards by all employees. Coordinates and supervises the work of employees. Ensures accurate portion control, appearance, and temperature control. 10. Handles, prepares, labels, stores, and disposes of all food (such as soups, salads, desserts, beverages, etc.) according to all HAACP and department policies.
