Guam is a US Territory so no visa or passport is required. This is a position for someone who values helping an underserved community and has a sense of adventure. Licensing and credentialing will happen quickly as Guam is a member of the IMLCC and offers a temporary license to those who do not have a IMLCC Qualification. Board Certification and a clean work history is required. This position isn't about maximizing your income, it's about maximizing your impact. You'll be appreciated, welcomed, and part of a tight-knit island team serving those who need care the most. Details: -November, December 2025 and January 2026. -40 hour, 5 day work week. -Air travel, housing, rental car, malpractice insurance and licensing is provided -40 hour, 5 day work week. You will have 2 dedicated days off each week. -No call at this time -Outpatient clinic, 15 - 25 patients per day -Full support staff Position Overview: The OB-GYN will join a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health providers at a nonprofit, NHSC-approved and STAR-designated community health site. The physician will provide comprehensive women s health and obstetric services while supporting our mission to improve access to care for all, including those who are uninsured or underinsured. Scope of Work and Responsibilities: -Provide comprehensive OB-GYN outpatient care, including preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for women across all reproductive life stages. -Conduct prenatal, antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological visits, including well-woman exams, Pap smears, and family planning consultations. -Perform minor in-office procedures, including colposcopy, IUD & Nexplanon insertion/removal, cervical and endometrial biopsies, and LEEP (Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure) for diagnosis and treatment of abnormal cervical findings, and other minor in-office procedures. -Manage or interpret prenatal and gynecologic ultrasounds . -Provide consultations and coordination with family medicine, psychiatry, and wellness teams for integrated care. -Participate in community-based outreach and Wellness on Wheels (WOW) events (optional and pre-scheduled) to extend women s health services to underserved areas. -Maintain accurate and timely documentation and coding in eClinicalWorks (eCW) per billing and compliance standards. -Adhere to established clinical protocols, infection control, and quality improvement measures. -Participate in quality assurance, staff training, and provider meetings to promote excellence in care. Workload and Patient Volume: -Average 15-25 patients per day in the outpatient clinic. -Estimated 40 hour per week schedule, two dedicated days off -No hospital call or inpatient delivery requirement at this time, however, plans are in place to introduce deliveries in partnership with local hospital facilities as we expand our women s health services. Support Team and Resources: -Dedicated medical assistant and nursing staff for OB-GYN care. -Integrated behavioral health, psychiatry, and nutrition services. -Fully implemented eClinicalWorks EHR system.
