Join Our Team as a Preventive Maintenance Technician As a Preventive Maintenance Technician with Productivity Inc, you'll travel to customer sites across the Twin Cities and throughout the state to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC metalworking equipment. You'll be a trusted partner in keeping our customers' equipment operating at peak performance. We are seeking candidates with knowledge of Swiss machines, excellent mechanical aptitude, and electrical knowledge and training. Your Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on CNC Swiss & other metal-cutting equipment at customer locations. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Identify and replace necessary parts, test functionality, and make adjustments. Complete and submit paperwork and data entry accurately and on time. Other duties as required. What You Bring 1+ years of experience with CNC Swiss machinery. Previous industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel locally and stay overnight 4-6 times per month. Our automation business continues to grow, and we're looking for experienced Automation Technicians who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from build to install.
