Equipment Loss Prevention Auditor

Open vacancy at AV Labor Source Inc: Equipment Loss Prevention Auditor (ELPA). Submit resume at: Job Description: Equipment Loss Prevention Auditor (ELPA) is responsible for monitoring the on-site crew deliverables, event inventory, transportation, and installation of high-value AV equipment on-site. Ensures the minimization of loss, theft, and accidental damage. Verifies serial numbers, implements QR or RFID tracking, and oversees logistics between warehouses and event venues. Responsibilities: Prepare event equipment movement reports; Monitor compliance with loading/unloading checklists; Work closely with the AV Labor Coordinator, Technical Director and venue security; Supervise onsite crew activities from a risk management perspective; Identify and mitigates operational risks related to equipment handling and crew performance; Assist in negotiating force majeure situations with clients and venue management; Review contract terms related to liability, equipment coverage, and responsibilities; Support the documentation and submission of insurance claims in the event of damage or loss. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or business administration or business analysis. Skill Certificate in Loss Prevention and Asset Protection or 6 months of experience as an equipment loss prevention auditor.
