Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards
- Communicate clearly with advisors about work performed and needed
repairs - Complete repair orders and documentation in CDK/ADP
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and handle shop equipment
with care - Mentor or support less experienced techs as needed
- Occasionally road-test vehicles to verify work performed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician / Mechanic required
- ASE Certified, Master Certified, and/or Nissan Certified is a plus but not required
- Ohio State Vehicle Inspection qualified is a plus!
- Be prepared to work extended hours when necessary to achieve goals.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Computer skills
- Must supply own tools (special/job-specific tools and equipment provided by dealership)
