Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced APP Primary Care Locum needed in De Pere, Wisconsin (WI).

The team is anticipating the coverage from one more local provider estimated for April 2026, 4/1-4/30. The role offers a competitive market rate and Locums benefit.

42290 - APP Primary Care Locum Role:

Schedule: M-W, 7a-3p; Th 10a-6p

Census: Children - Ages 2+

Site: Onsite Dispensing, available.

Clinic staffing model: 1 LPN, 1 NP

Requirements of the APP Primary Care Locum role:

WI state license; active, unrestricted. - preference to active License in-hand.

Board Certification

2-4 hours training prior to 1 st shift.

DEA, BLS.

Experience: 2-years.
