Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Wisconsin
  • BLS
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year as an Occupational Therapist
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel

Acute Care Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

  • $800 - $2,386 per week
  • 13-week contract with possibility of extension
  • Acute care setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Occupational Therapists will help patients regain as well as maintain the skills they need to live and work independently
  • Occupational Therapists will provide OT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines
  • Occupational Therapists will need to have effective communication skills for working with patients, their families, and other caregivers.
  • Occupational Therapists may be asked to delegate and supervise occupational therapist assistants
