This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY About the Organization: Our partner is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to underserved patients in Central Texas. Key Responsibilities for the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner: Provide compassionate, individualized primary care to patients in an outpatient setting.Deliver care both in person and virtually, building and managing a panel of patients.Collaborate with colleagues, community partners, and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure comprehensive care.Participate in after-hours on-call rotation 3 - 4 times per year.Efficiently document within an electronic health record and conduct telemedicine visits. Key Requirements for the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner: Board-certified APRN with a current valid license to practice in the State of Texas.Passion for serving underserved populations who face significant barriers to care.Mission-focused, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with colleagues.Strong communication and technology skills to support patient care and virtual collaboration.
