About the Position

A male General Dentist is needed for a large, community-based outpatient health organization located in Brooklyn, NY. Only male applicants will be considered for this role.

Schedule

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

  • Monday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM 2:30 PM

Candidates must be willing to work Sundays.

Requirements

  • 2 3 years of clinical experience in General Dentistry

  • New graduates will not be considered

  • Experience providing full-scope General Dentistry in an outpatient setting

  • Comfort collaborating with General, Pediatric, and Periodontic specialists

  • Position operates within a mission-driven, federally supported community care model

Compensation & Benefits

  • Bi-weekly salary

  • Base compensation typically around $175,000 for a 40-hour schedule, negotiable for exceptional candidates

  • Productivity Bonus Structure:

    • Based on annual patient volume targets (easily attainable according to leadership)

  • Quality Bonus:

    • Based on professionalism, timeliness, chart completion, and other performance standards
