• Monday - Thursday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Patient Volume

• 8-14 patients per day

Support Staff

• 4 Care Coordinators
• 10 Dental Assistants
• 5 Hygienists
• 4 Administrative Staff

Clinical Scope

• Community health clinic setting
• Must be willing to perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Complicated extractions and endo referred out

Requirements

• Active MN Dental License (Medicaid number not required; credentialing assistance provided)
• No additional certifications needed

Technology

• EMR: Dentrix Ascend
