Job Responsibilities
- Conduct admissions and recertification face-to-face visits
- Manage symptoms for patients, including medication prescribing
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses on patient needs
- Provide telehealth consultations as necessary
Qualifications
- Active WA and OR licenses with WA and OR DEA
- Board certification required
- BLS certification
Working Hours
- Guaranteed 8 hours per day
- On-call responsibilities are addressed after 5:00 PM by the designated provider
