The ideal candidate will be a team player and enjoy working in a cohesive environment with experienced physicians and CRNAs. Whether you are coming out of training or an experienced physician looking for a change, this position offers the stability of being employed while delivering the autonomy to practice in beautiful East Texas! USA Today recently named Tyler the best City to move to in Texas. We are rapidly growing in all major service lines. Inpatient and outpatient surgery, GI endoscopy, Electrophysiology, OB, Pulmonary, Radiology, and surgical Oncology. We have 3 call groups. General, Pedi, and Cardiac. The general call frequency is 1:16 (in-house) call. Shift 2:30p - 0700a. Post-call day off always. We have a BU (beeper) call and weekend call that is 1:16 as well. Group size is 25+ physicians and 65+ CRNA's. 15% performing cases solo and 85% performing medical direction. No medical supervision.
